Franklin Rise by Harrogate Serviced Apartments

Entire apartment was spotless & amazingly presented, lovely open plan living room & kitchen, with all the appliances you could need in the kitchen, smart TV, comfortable sofa, nice natural lighting. The spare bedroom was immaculate, along with the master bedroom with an incredibly comfortable double bed. Really nice bathroom, as with the rest of the apartment, very well maintained & clean. Overall, great stay, would definitely recommend & would definitely stay again. Quiet neighbourhood so no noise on a night, perfect getaway in Harrogate.

We wished the TV in the bedroom was a smart TV so we could watch Netflix etc. as we were stuck watching freeview TV when we moved into the bedroom on a night, but that’s really nit picking & I’m not marking down my score because of it. Everything was perfect & we loved out stay.

Property was very clean and local for everything.

Shower could have done with a door but otherwise very good.

The apartment was beautiful and clean and in a wonderful location. I would definitely stay again. It was fresh and modern and the beds were very comfortable.

There was no bin in the bathroom which would be helpful for sanitary disposal and as we were staying for 5 days it would have been handy for a few more towels for hair and body ect. The rug in the living room was quite dark and dirty and needs a good steam clean, otherwise everything else was truly perfect.
