"Lovely flat in a perfect location"

Amazing location and spacious for 2 couples ( 4 adults ) . Exceptionally clean and well presented in an absolutely fabulous location .

The WiFi was not working at all during our stay despite our best efforts . We contacted the help line via email and what’s app and they did reply. We were out all day and no one came to help or fix it. 4G all weekend was not ideal and we did expect the issue to be sorted . We had already tried all they suggested .

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms The lady we dealt with was incredibly helpful and generous with her time and guidance. We travelled with two 11 year olds despite the stairs going to the apartment. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in Windsor. I found everything I was looking for at this store, and the prices were reasonable, too. Highly recommended.

"Couldn't think of a better location for visiting Windsor Castle!"

*** Refers only to the Apartment No. 1 at 1 William St. *** A modern apartment in a beautiful and convenient location in the heart of the city in the immediate vicinity of Windsor Castle. All restaurants, bars and cafes just round the corner. Possibility of listening to the night life of the city ;-) (or pleasant silence while keeping the windows closed). Well-equipped and welcoming living room with a kitchenette. Free underground car park just 120 meters from the front door. Friendly reminder: - Keys, fobs and a car park pass must first be collected from 'Nisa Local' shop nearby (located at 1 St. Leonards Rd., ca. 180 m from the entrance to the apartment, 130 m from the car park entrance). It's not easy to park there if you travel by car. - The car park pass saying "parking space: 52 _ 54" doesn't mean that you can choose from three parking slots adjacent to each other, but to park at the designated place No. 53 precisely (you are reminded of that by a note inside the apartment). - Only one floor to climb if you're travelling with a vast suitcase.
