Mattress on the double bed you could really feel the springs in, wasn't the most comfortable

The best thing about this accommodation is definitely its location. It’s perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and even exploring the surrounding areas. Everything feels within easy reach, which saves a lot of time on transport. I would highly recommend it if your plan is to stay active, move around a lot, and mainly use the place as a comfortable base rather than spending long periods inside. It’s ideal for short stays where you want to make the most of your time out and about.

While the location is excellent, there are a couple of aspects that could be improved. The second bedroom is quite small, which might feel a bit tight depending on your needs. Additionally, the lack of wardrobes in the rooms makes it less convenient to store clothes, especially for longer stays.

Zentral gelegen, 5 bis 10 Minuten zum Stadtkern. Die Wohnung war sauber, außer das Geschirr.

Das Geschirr im Schrank war leider noch dreckig und musste erstmal abgewaschen werden. Die Ausstattung war nicht sehr komfortabel. (Bett, Sofa)

It was a spacious clean and comfortable place to stay

The upholstery on the couch was filthy and there were lots of big ugly flies

Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß ist man in kürzester Zeit in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles in Allem war es gerade wegen der Lage in Ordnung. Wir waren sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs.

Es gab in den Schlafzimmern keine großen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Küchenmöbel waren teilweise defekt und auch die Befestigungen der Rollos waren zum Teil aus der Wand gerissen. Die Couch war mit den vielen Flecken nicht unbedingt sehr einladend und ein Kissen war (mit Blut?) beschmutzt. Sowas sollte vor Neuvermietung kontrolliert werden. Auch das Geschirr mussten wir vor Gebrauch erstmal abwaschen.
