Having to collect the parking pass from a different building and pay the deposit there wasn’t very convenient

L’apartament està a prop bar de copes, que els dies festius comporta soroll de la gent que beu en aquest passatge i causa molèsties. Les cortines tan altes habitacions no tapen del tot la llum exterior que prové fanals que il.luminen la façana.

The location, the size and layout of the apartment and overall the place felt modern and spacious, and it was cleanly

The stairs on the third floor I didn't like but that was not the fault of this place, the internet was slow when I stopped the sofa had a dent in the middle where someone had sat before and had a couple of stains on and it looked like it had been stitched together, the dishwasher didn't work and the pillows was firm for my liking But there are minor issues I would stay again it would be even better if just the sofa was replaced with a new one

Es un poco incómodo para llegar si Tenes valijas.. el dpto es un poco ruidoso. Al estar sobre bares y restaurantes a las 5.30 comienzan a escucharse los camiones y gente trabajando.

This company is a scam, I booked last minute, made my way to the hotel.. no access, checked emails nothing no access codes no answer on phone calls, I ended up booking another hotel next road walked straight in spoke to a person and was in my room in 2 min, what they don’t tell you is you need to walk to there office in Stanley street, even late at night on a Saturday to pay them or they will not allow access codes, this was not told to us in emails, contacted them next morning, they said can you come pay security deposit 😂😂😂😂after I could not gain access

I book hotels all the time, this has to be met by an unthoughtful uncaring staff member, I had proof I had to book another hotel!! They should of let AI run there hotel and not a useless human they would of been more caring and understanding, lesson learnt I would never give these hotels or any of there sister hotels a penny, probably double booked us and just held back on access code then blanked the phones, nice little scam really, never have I been asked to walk to a office late at night to pay a deposit
