Location was perfect for our needs , it was very clean and warm, black out blinds but let in light at sides of window if like me you like it pitch black take eye mask, but on the whole a good stay.

wifi is a bit slow.

The flat smelled of cigarette smoke and windows could not open so no fresh air could come in. The travel cot we requested came without mattress (and no warning about this). Couch and bath tub were broken, wifi was super slow.

The apartment was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, location was was great just 5 minutes walk to the centre of Liverpool and the Irish quadron

Some damage to door of boiler inside the apartment, back of TV remote kept falling off

Location was brilliant! The team, although not based locally, did answer messages swiftly. Good for a couple of nights. Was worried about deposit but both deposit and car parking was paid back with mo issues.

Just be mindful that apartment in the photo with the wooden panels is not where you are staying!

Kind of annoying to get into and don’t tell you anything unless you pay a deposit before hand
