Beechurst Serviced Apartments

Mooi pand, veel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien.

De oven maakt veel lawaai.

The Area was quiet and close to the motorway. Easy to find and walking distance from a supermarket.

The Parking is adequate for the number of apartments, but it is awkward to get in and manoeuvre in and out. Wider gates and obvious parking zones would help, but as long as your careful aren't needed. Also the property is an hours walk from the town centre.

Location and spacious

Location, parking and size of property all very good. Useful wardrobe in the bedroom. Nice shower in bathroom but the shower head is too small for high water pressure. Good towels provided.

The property ‘Hamilton apartment’ is a bit tired in parts with damp and peeling paint on walls in some areas. The kitchen area was generally clean but the oven and hob looked greasy. The crockery and cutlery were clean. There was a strange smell throughout the apartment and we could not open the windows to let any air in. Air purifiers in the bedroom and lounge may have been causing the smell so we turned them off as per instructions left at the property. Overall the property would benefit from a deep clean and general updating.

The apartment is in a lovely house with lots of period features. The rooms are bright and spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few days away. Bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. We were attending a wedding at a venue close to the apartment so it was an excellent location for us. Location was also minutes from supermarkets and the motorway so suited us perfectly.

The property was a little tired looking but it had everything we needed for a few days away. We had difficulty working the TV as most of the channels said they had no sound tuned in. Didn't really matter as we didn't spend much time there.

Kitchen facilites with microwave, fridge/freezer and gas cooker. Spacious apartment. Cosy warm

The internet speeds in the evening were below 1mb. I could hardly use it. In this area, my own data mobile speeds were not good (EE network). So i couldn't even switch to that to use for work and watch Netflix on my own laptop device. The TV remotes were not working. Could not use my Firestick to watch content. The screen went green! With the internet speeds, watching stuff was going to be impossible. I was on the bottom floor. You could hear things from the room above. There was a couple enjoying themselves 'throughout' the night for two consecutive days. You could here everything! (they were at it!!!) The rooms need sound proofing! I would defintely not bring a family along. If the above issues are addresseed, i will consider booking this place again.

Angie and Stephen are great with was a little hic up which got sorted right away with a little work around . Great little place to get away from it all . Do wan a try one of the other next time . Thank you

Not much and that thing got sorted quickly

The floor and window louvres we excellent.

Mould under the bay window in the living room. The left hand says window in the living room did not lock. The decor was dilapidated throughout. The work top in the kitchen around the sink was swollen up due to water ingress and in consequence contaminated with bacteria. Mould around the shower. The fan in the oven made a racket. Both the TV’s were impossible to operate from the remote controls. Everywhere you looked there was bodged up wiring.
