"Parking only suitable for a small vehicle, apartment a bit tired. Good location."

The location was good.

Fabric of building tired - felt like a converted 70s office block. Rooms within apartment were good, although kitchen units were broken. Biggest downside was very late notification that the secure parking is only suitable for cars the size of a Golf. this should have been communicated in the advert. That was the main reason for booking as we needed secure parking for a small van.

The property included all amenities required for a short stay in the city. The central location was perfect. Would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in Belfast for a short break.
