NEW Luxury NYC Style Loft with Cinema Room

The cinema in the bedroom, it was amazing, there were two TVs, one on the living room and the projector in the bedroom. All the facilities (especially laundry) were so convenient.

Getting into the facility was hard, I couldn't find the flat and had to ask multiple people including security for directions. There were many younger people using other rooms which made me uneasy as there was partying and a lot of mess left behind in the garden/smoking area.

The surrounding/ common area was unclean and unkept. Clear signs of urine on the floor. No control of access into the building so anyone can gain access. Apparently the host has no control over the common area and who gains access into the building, this is important to note so you're not shocked as I was unless you don't mind. Without being picky, room itself was ok, just wasn't comfortable with the surroundings considering I had family with me

The customer service was always there when I needed, went out of their way to answer my queries. I thought the place was very well designed, especially the projector room, very nicely decorated just like the photo. Had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

When I arrived at the property the code I was given was wrong as I think the cleaner forgot to change it, but this was sorted out quickly and I was given the right code when I sent a message on booking.com. Only other thing I would say is the projector fan was a bit noisy, but it's a minor complaint.

Kids loved the cinema room, the property was clean and had everything we needed. Central location, with everything you could need close by.

Other apartments had people coming and going at all hours and constantly woke our kids up.

Very spacious and extremely clean, the projector in bed is a super nice experience! pictures don’t make justice. If you like cooking or not leave the flat too much when away this is your place.
