There was nothing to like about it. It was completely different than shown in the listing.

An extract from my complaint that was not replied to by the property manager: Upon arrival, it became immediately clear that the property had not been properly cleaned. The sofa was covered in visible stains and appeared heavily soiled. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment, which seemed to be masked by a plug-in air refreshener. The kitchen lights were not working and made the kitchen part very dark. The windows were so dirty, it was not possible to see through. The condition of the bedding was particularly concerning. The bedsheets appeared not to have been changed. They appeared they had not been washed for a significant period of time. When I lifted the duvet, there were large visible stains on the sheet underneath. The pillowcases were also stained and visibly dirty, with clear marks where someone’s head had previously been. The towels in the bathroom also looked used and unhygienic. There were additional cleanliness issues throughout the property. Dust was hanging from the ceiling above the bed, and there were crumbs behind the wardrobe and under the sofa. After touching various surfaces and then washing my hands, the water running off my hands was visibly dark, which reflects how dirty the surfaces were. Given the extremely poor hygiene standards and the fact that the apartment did not match the advertised condition, I did not feel it was safe or reasonable to stay there. As a result, I had no choice but to leave and arrange alternative accommodation. Due to these circumstances, I requested a full refund for my booking , to which I never received a reply for or the refund. The property was not in a condition suitable for guests and did not meet the basic standards of cleanliness that should reasonably be expected.

In a bedroom is went to outside wall and it claps from a wind very load,keep me awake,need sorting that as its annoying.
