"Perfect"

Immaculately clean and well thought out with design, there was nothing missing. Hot tub was lovely and private and so nice for star gazing from. Brilliant for my dogs with a good road to walk them up, so quiet. Contacted the host prior to stay with a question and Sarah was so accommodating and helpful, we will definitely stay again

Good facilities, clean and comfortable, hot tub a nice addition. Quiet location on a farm which we liked but close enough to the coast and towns in Lincolnshire for trips out.

"Nice quiet getaway."

The location was ideal, nice and quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. The accommodation was well presented throughout, modern and with everything that you needed even the hot tub was a nice touch.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, everything was perfect.

Kitchen utensils were not clean no bath robes nor slippers to use after shower, spider webs in the bathroom ceiling

"Lovely remote property with friendly hosts"

Fantastic location to chill after spending the day in Skegness. Hosts welcoming & helpful with answering any questions we had. Secure garden for our little dog. Photos make property look smaller than it is, it has lovely high ceilings which make it feel bright & airy.

The neighbouring cottage is very close/attached
