The Coach House Studio Apartment

The location was very good. There was even a small container of milk in the fridge to start me off. A plentiful amount of cups glasses and crockery supplied. A dishwasher and tablets supplied.

The only thing was that the bathroom which was on the ground floor was a little cold even though it was summer.

It had everything that was required and it was in a good location.

Having the toilet downstairs.

The apartment is spacious. The facilities that we used (TV and Wifi) were excellent. The location is very good (except for the point below) in one of the affluent 'Georgian' areas and 15 minutes walk from Leamington's Parade. Our hosts were very helpful in communicating and responding to a particular request.

The shower room is downstairs and the uncarpeted wooden stairs by the bed down to the WC etc are quite creaky/noisy. Unfortunately, although the parking space is very convenient, it is opposite a busy building site so best not get your car washed before visiting! Lillington Avenue is a busy, relatively noisy road.

Great location in Leamington conservation area. Ideal for a short walk into Leamington centre attractions. Very comfortable well maintained property with great facilities for a short break. Small seating area outside & street parking adjacent to the property.

The coach-house is a real hidden gem. Great location and lovely appartment. A few minutes walk to shops/pubs and restaurants and only a few minutes from bus routes into Leamington Jon was brilliant ensuring that everything was ok for our stay. The flat has everything you need- even had a fan which we were glad to see with the hot weather we had Brilliant Value for money, highly recommended
