Comfortable beds, great location, apartment had everything you needed.

The glass windows above the doors did let the main stairwell light shine into the bedrooms at night so not fully dark, I am just being picky as we sleep in pitch black rooms.

Lovely girl came to help with my luggage and she had come to clean but went above and beyond. Very helpful staff all round.

The location is fantastic right on the front overlooking the river dart. Great views from lounge and bedroom with a really large balcony with table and chairs.

Beautiful view of the river looking out towards Kingswear. Ideal, central location for restaurants, pubs and shops.

Perfect location overlooking the river, very close to the town centre and excellent restaurants. Discounts available at sister restaurants and excellent breakfast at the Embankment Bistro opposite. Convenient free parking close by.

Location amazing

Lack of kitchen utensils, cafetière would be nice. Pictures on walls would make it look less sterile.

Great location, very helpful staff, amazingly quiet given the location and spacious overall. Basics were provided. Overall we felt well catered for and do consider this value for money... but it isn't perfect.

Mould in the bathroom shower. Key entry is a pig - they make more user friendly key safes, this one is difficult to open. Parking is dedicated, but you could have said it wasn't secure and it was a modest walk away. By the time you add up the costs (accommodation, plus breakfast out, plus car parking) I am not sure you score highly against the (say) Dart Marina hotel. OK, they charge more (for 2 people) but breakfast is included, there are comestibles in the room and the car parking is right outside. A close call as to which wins out.

The position of harbour side 1 is brilliant right on the riverside. Great shower.

There was only one single wardrobe, I didn’t have enough room to hang my husbands and my clothes, goodness knows how 5 people would cope. The microwave left a lot to be desired. There was no dust bag in vacuum, so were a few bits shooting out of back. There was no iron. No mop. The TV didn’t seem to have a lot of channels.
