Great apartment in a central location. City centre is a 10 minute stroll. Good choice of pubs within 10 minutes walk and a number of restaurants too. If you walk into the City centre there is a huge choice of restaurants and pubs so spoilt for choice but do remember this is York so if you want to eat somewhere specific don't forget to book in advance. Apartment very comfortable, with everything you would want for a long weekend City break. Apartment is on a busy road and there is a bus stop outside so remember to bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise cannot fault the location and having a dedicated parking spot is a huge bonus.

Only real issue is that it is on a busy road and there is a bus stop just outside so it is a bit noisy at night. But bring some ear plugs and you'll be fine.

Black mould on wall in shower and on basin but not excessive, just needs re-mastic. Otherwise spotlessly clean😊

The location is great. 15 minute stroll into town. Bus stop on doorstep to various locations. Pub directly opposite and very busy road but incredibly quiet at night. Two very good sized bedrooms and one single, nice bedding and great pillows. Excellent WiFi speed and good connection.

Had a couple of issues and these were very professionally handled by Jelle. The living room is small and seating not the most comfortable but we were out a lot so not a big deal. The apartment is not the easiest to find from parking area so watch the video provided at check-in!!!!

Location, parking spot , the fact that it had three bedrooms . WiFi albeit that was slow sometimes.

Already explained to the owner but there are teething problems in cleanliness including black mould in the bathroom and hairs in beds, expectations re advertising pictures and reality, a very lumpy main mattress and odd smell.

Excellent flat, well equipped and central - super comfortable and convenient, fixed parking space a great bonus - highly recommended. Short walk into the centre of York, bus stop right outside. First-rate, friendly and helpful communication from host. Beds and bed linen exceptionally comfortable and one of them is huge!

The bar stools are much too high - you can't use them to sit at the breakfast bar (heights ranged from 150 - 182cm)! Road outside is also extremely noisy all night, but this is only an issue if you need the windows open; it was very hot during our stay. With windows closed, no problem at all.

The property was very close to town and in easy reach of restaurants, cafés etc Modern decor. Great shower.

Noisy road. More comfortable chairs and enough to seat 5 needed. Floor needed a clean. Some extra touches like a bottle of milk and some tea bags would have made the world of difference.

Location was good. Good information pack.

Freezer door on fridge broken and fell off every time you opened the fridge door. A little small for 5 people, but we only stayed 2 nights so we managed.
