The location is excellent. Bus stop and taxi rank just outside the flat and you are on Western Road which has numerous shops and restaurants. Some nice touches such as L’Occitane toiletries. Linen and towels fresh and clean

Although the property is superficially clean, it feels a bit grubby. The fridge needs replacing, washing machine is rusted, cutlery standing in glasses which are dirty at the bottom.

It was really spacious and clean everything that we needed. Just really enjoyed the location to the oceanfront.

Loved it! Fantastic location and a great base! Clean and the beds were super comfy!

Needs a little attention to detail with decoration but great!

The property is perfectly positioned for walking in to Brighton and lovely restaurants close to the property

Personal choice but being in a basement

Location fabulous- just off Hove High Street and easy walk into Brighton and seafront also right near bus routes.

Access to plug sockets in bedroom poor and bedside lights didn't work

Fabulous location, near restaurants and the beachfront, and yet very quiet. Very comfortable beds and everything you need in a kitchen. Cannot fault it.

If there were noisy people in the floor above , it would have been annoying. It wasn't too bad for us.

Good sized rooms, with comfortable beds and excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. In a lovely area; the perfect location for both the seafront and the numerous shops/bars/restaurants. Efficient heating system and the fresh flowers on arrival were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend the parking permits, especially if staying for a few days.

Nothing really. The front door was a little tricky at first, but once used to it, was no problem.
