Location was good and it was very spacious. It has great potential to be very good accommodation.

Poor cleaning throughout the bathroom and kitchen. Very disappointing to find no cleaning equipment or chemicals for washing dishes. Nothing provided for making a cup of tea or coffee. No bathing products for having a shower. Shower drain clogged with hair which made bathroom flood. Poor maintenance throughout the property. The finer details have been overlooked to make the stay comfortable. This place should not be graded a 4 star genius rating. I’m disappointed to leave a review like this given a higher expectation for our stay.

Lack of basics eg washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towel and hand soap in the bathroom.

L'emplacement, le confort

On a retrouvé des cotons tiges et fils dentaire sur les couettes des deux lits simples et il y avait plein de cheveux longs dans les draps du lit double. En plus il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude au chauffe-eau. Pas de pastille pour lave vaisselles. Il n'y avait rien de propre pour le nettoyage sous l'évier.
