"Good"

Comfortable bed. Heating and lighting great. Lots of power sockets and kitchen set up was great.

Not totally clean. Long, dark hair gathered by the long mirror in the bedroom. Plastic litter on the floor in the lounge area.

Great power from the shower. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed. Overall good setup

The fashionable sliding bathroom door gave little privacy when using the toilet because of the gaps. Toilet seat was wrong size for toilet basin. Bathroom sink was too small to use when cleaning teeth.

The Studio was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the comfy bed, lighting, and bi-fold doors. Thank you to the hosts for being so helpful and friendly.

well designed, well equipped

Access to the Studio is through a very narrow gateway onto the driveway, which is totally blind onto a lane on exiting. Could a mirror be placed opposite? Not a great fan of the bathroom door.

"A disappointing stay."

It looks good inside but far too many problems.

Shower-room has no privacy, a loose toilet seat, a very small sink and a broken door. Whole apartment floor could have done with mopping: twice! No instructions for the microwave. Cutlery and plates not clean enough. Then, at 5am the sound of water splattering from broken guttering, so loud that it woke us up and we barely slept after that! Problems that could be fixed but ruined our stay. I would redesign the shower-room door!

"More style than practicality"

Large studio - probably a converted garage/workshop. Good seating and flat-screen TV. Kitchenette well designed unit.

Sink in bathroom too small. Standard 4'6" bed where most places now provide 5" king bed. Rack on wall designed as hanging rail with a note on it saying "do not use". Only limited clothes storage in room divider. Gutter outside room leaking so constant noise of dripping water while it rained. A simple IKEA wardrobe and chest-of-drawers would be much better.
