Lovely little flat by the sea in Cleethorpes

All condiments & a pint of milk left in kitchen area which was lovely the nice little touches of 2 towels & eye masks on the bed when we arrived plus soap, shower gel & shampoo all provided

We aren’t smokers so the smell of smoke wasn’t pleasant Sunday morning that was the only downside

A perfect little flat just a stones throw away from the beach and train station, surrounded by great little shops, bars, restaurants etc. The flat itself was spotless and has everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfy and there were extra blankets to keep warm or alternatively a fan to stay cooler at night. The TV in the living has Netflix, iPlayer etc. Really enjoyed staying here, would definitely come back again!

Great location and central to everything in walk able distance. Flat was compact but had all the essentials for a short stay.

Bed was small for a double and wasnt easy getting a comfortable nights sleep for 2 fully grown adults

shower was awful! it was either freezing or boiling! I couldn’t wash my hair. Extractor fan on constantly if you have the light on in the living space. no door on the bedroom and the light in the main room was bright which was not good. bedroom so small nowhere to put my tiny case. no parking had to park in a completely different street.

The flat was lovely and modern and clean and had enough space.

Was far too noisy. Aileen downstairs was lovely however the people in the room upstairs (don't know if they were guests or lived there) were really loud (shouting and banging) also there is no door on the bedroom and my partner likes to stay up later and watch tv so i could see the light from the tv in the living room area and could hear even though he put the volume really low.
