Lovely little flat by the sea in Cleethorpes

The location was great and easy access to shops, restaurants and hotels. Loved being on the foreshore.

The bedroom was quite small and we couldn’t have our suitcases in there. We were able to work around with cases in the lounge area.

It was beautiful clean and a good location

Every thing was spot on

It was a lovely flat very clean close to where we needed to be. A friendly lady greeted us and showed us around when we arrived.

Our flat was perfect for what we wanted. It was clean and well presented. The extra little things like tea, coffee and milk was very good. There was even recommendations on places to eat and drink (bonus) Great communication from owner and lovely lady to welcome us to property. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is good. Close to town and train station. Beach a short walk away.

Bed too small and uncomfy. No door on the bedroom (could have a bifold/curtain). Kitchen worktop is dangerous. Lack of cutlery and utensils. Food down sofa. Items left under sofa. We know this flat was small, but it's a lot smaller when you actually see it. The lady that gives you the flat keys seemed lovely, Ur im not sure if it's this lady or the owner that make false accusations and try to charge you for them too. They should be 100% that they are throwing accusations out to the right people
