Lovely little flat by the sea in Cleethorpes

Clean, cosy,great location

The location is very near to shops, the beach, entertainment and pubs etc.

Unfortunately we left mid stay. The communal area reeked of weed upon arrival and was an unwelcome smell in our accommodation for days. Bed size really hindered our stay, couldn't get comfortable at all due to very small double bed and the noise from next door nightclubs and fights outside etc until 3am... Would definitely suggest maybe removing the bedside cabinets and getting a normal size double bed, with some wall hanging storage to make the space more useable and comfortable for longer stays, as the location is definitely a plus.

Location convenient for town and sea front. On street parking fairly easy to get. Everything was spotlessly clean. An electric fan was provided and proved very useful.

The shower was erratic to use. There was nowhere to hang towels. A microwave would have been useful. The TV was too high on the wall to watch comfortably. The bed seemed smaller than a normal double.

Everything,this place is clean that's all I can say that's nice about this place, the noise from the bars till 3.20 am is not acceptable, no one should have to pay good money to listen to that,we had booked for 2 nights only stayed for one couldn't wait to get out of that cupboard they call a flat! Green safety light keeps you awake if the bars don't,no door on bedroom,nowhere to hang clothes,uncomfortable sofa,bed small double,dated bathroom useless shower, not worth the money, avoid unless your hard of hearing .

We loved this little flat was close to everything we needed for a week to visit family, we shall be definitely staying here again, Aileen was very helpful and polite and welcomed us and even recommended places to visit and eat.

Property was fantastic. However, the toilet needs looking at as not great when flushing.
