Godwin Court Apartments

Nothing. It felt unsafe, no windows shut properly. Paint peeling off the wall, stains everywhere, mould in the bathroom.

No communication from the property manager. I had to reach out for key safe code etc. The code didn’t work, instructions so unclear, called and no answer. Couldn’t get in to the property and they didn’t even bother to call me back. Please stay somewhere else.

Apartment location unclear

Windows did not close in main bedroom, second bedroom or lounge, not great in mid November in a cold snap nor due to the location just off a busy pub. There was only 1 working heater in whole apartment. Carpets stained and everything was very worn or poor quality.

New pillows would be great, plugs that fitted properly in the bathroom or were missing, update of cutlery and sharp knives in the kitchen and maintenance of the cooking pots and pans (loose handles, etc.), the fridge was not clean/smelled, better communication would also help though I didn't need to contact them for much...

Spacious, lovely location and it was clean

Heating not working properly, shower head needed to be replaced, oven difficult to use. This lovely needs a bit of attention from owners!

the apartment its self was really nice

the odd things that was wrong like a hole in the ceiling or the window not shutting properly so made the living area really cold
