Riverside Bothy at Allt A'Mhuilinn

Great location clean. warm and friendly welcome. Great welcome gift and well stocked with all you could need. Beautiful views and quiet peaceful setting. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Amazing walks nearby and Ben Nevis a short drive away

Heel warm hartelijk welkom. Het Tiny huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was zelfs alles aanwezig om een eenvoudig ontbijt te nuttigen . Brood melk jam scones. Koffie, thee. Kortom een aanrader.

Rachel is an incredible host and the Bothy is perfect. It sits above a stream that happily bubbles away and is very private. So cosy on the inside - we loved tucking ourselves inside after a day of sightseeing and walks. The little town has a small grocery story and a few places for food/coffee, or for more options Fort William is about 15 mins down the road. So much to do, and so much jaw-dropping scenery to take in. We used it as a base to explore the Highlands, including Inverness, Mallaig, Glenfinnan, Glencoe, Coire Ardair, the parallel roads at Glenroy… We had everything we needed and more - some thoughtful provisions were left for us on arrival. Can’t recommend it highly enough and would stay again in a heartbeat if we could get back to this side of the world again.

Everything here is so perfect. The host , the place and all the environments there is just a chief kiss!! Close the Ben Nevis car park only 15 minutes and supermarket whether in the spean bridge or even in Fort William. We definitely will be coming back.

We had the most wonderful time in Riverside Bothy. It all started perfectly with the warm welcome of the host (Rachel). She showed us the Bothy and explained how all worked. The Bothy is just like the pictures, cozy and well equipped. Rachel was so thoughtful for buying us bread, milk, butter, marmelade, sugar, tea, coffee and other supplies. And don’t forget the delicious scones she and her daughter baked for us. The location is near the river and truly magical. We loved everything about the Tiny House and definitely return when we stay in this area again. Thank you for your warmth and the warm welcome Rachel! Big hug from us.
