#1 Parking: we had a compact rental & the folding poles in the garage really made it difficult to get into a space--& we lived in Europe 12 years. #2: only 1 set of keys provided. Given the external gate access, we could not separate. Recommend offering 2 sets.

Location excellent. Flat is cosy as long as there is no more than 2 occupants. Host very accommodating and responsive.

Strong smell of pipes which host said they will look into and another couple of things that need replacing, mentioned privately to the host.

Location was good. It was a cute little place. Cool view of the castle.

A lot of glitches - wifi was down for 2 days, the beds were so so, the shower drain was clogged, the soap for the washing machine was missing. The power went out for like 15 minutes and so the water heater needed to be reset but we weren’t told to do that or how. The guest book could have been more detailed.

beds, especially sofa bed too hard and uncomfortable. It should be clearly stated in the description that suitable only for those that don't mind hard matraces.

We like the location and the size of the appartement wich was really convenient for 4 people. Everything we needed was available (towels soap shampooing linen hair dryer). The kitchen was also very practical.

Only the shower stream was low compared to our standard.

The location is just perfect. So close to everything I wanted to see.

It seemed every surface in the place waa hard including the bed and sofa. They could make it so much more cosier. Didn’t get a lot of sleep at all.

Location was the key having laundry and kitchen ability was a great plus

Parking space was extremely tight
