Eton Court will contact the guest with 72 hours of the booking via either email with the full booking confirmation and expected time of arrival. All bookings require a refundable security deposit. The deposit ranges from GBP 120 to GBP 210 depending on the apartment booked. Electric, gas, and water are included in the price. Guests receive 1 parking space per accommodations booked via a parking permit displayed in guests' car. Please note that the maximum number of people the apartment sleep includes any children. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 50 kilos.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely flat and two bathrooms was great and lovely view over the sea. Nice temperature too. Never too hot or too cold.

Shower in small bathroom ran too hot. Couldn't get it a decent heat. Communal Hallways were disgraceful.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in a great location.10 mins walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Enjoy a sea view from the balcony. The apartment is clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Easy access and one free parking space included. I highly recommend this place :)

Location was perfect, the apartment was clean, had everything we needed

The only criticism was the entrance hall leading up to the front door of the flat. It was dirty, smelt of wet dog and loose carpet. That didn't reflect on the apartment as that was fine and clean and smelt lovely

It was huge, only 3 of us plus dog. The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival. The welcome basket of tea/coffee/milk was a nice touch too. Nice having the little balcony with a sea view. No noise from the neighbours either.

No good if you struggle with stairs and I didn’t plan in the amount of trips up and down with dog for the toilet 🙈 wouldn’t put me off staying again though.

Great location and had parking.

Really needs some TLC. Lots needs doing to calm it a penthouse. The kitchen floor is a death trap. The communal area is very run down, dirty with an array of air fresheners. No smart tv. Dirty carpets.
