GBVery clean and spacious. Had everything needed and more for a comfortable stay.
CAGood central location for visiting the New Forest and Dorset coast. The property had a dishwasher and washing machine. The street parking worked well for the times that we were at the property. A parking clock was also provided for guest use in New Forest District Council car parks. It was pretty cool to be right in the heart of Brockenhurst among the hustle and bustle of the main Street.
There was no air conditioning, although we knew that up front. When we arrived, it was very hot, and took a long time to cool down once we’d opened the windows. The walls were quite dirty and scuffed - likely the result of several previous guests who did not take care with the narrow space. It was quite noisy starting at about 5am with garbage trucks and deliveries to the shops on the street below. This wasn’t too much of a problem for us as we are early risers. We disliked the “communal” coffee/tea/sugar, so we ended up buying our own.

GBLovely stay with our baby. The apartment was well set up for a young family with a travel cot and high chair provided. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area was comfortable with space for a mobile baby to roam around safely without any sharp edges! The location was perfect - right by the shops but very little street noise. We were minutes from the moorland and forest and a ten minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended as a base for exploring Brockenhurst and the surrounding area.
We didn't realise we needed to bring our own sheets for the cot and had to improvise.
GBExcellent location in the centre of Brockenhurst near all shops and restaurants. The property is very clean and well equipped with all necessary items. Flat 1 has use of a garage for a small car which if you have a small car is very useful. A home from home in every sense. Communication with hosts excellent.
NOISE! Unfortunately on both nights we were woken at 0500 by the noise of either rubbish collection one morning and deliveries the other with the moving/dragging of heavy bins under the front bedroom. There was no relaxing mornings for the two nights we stayed. I strongly recommend ear plugs of something to help sleep. The garage which is useful for a small car has a very difficult closing mechanism and needs greeting or servicing as it would be difficult for many people to use easily. Lastly stair carpets although I am sure were clean looked scruffy.
CHThe Bathroom was nice. Brockenhurst was also very nice and quiet village.
GBGBA clean, spacious, light property in a great location. Plus very close to some lovely restaurants, and a local grocery shops and post office across the road. great that the flat has a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a garage to park your car (if your car is short enough - my Ford Fiesta fitted comfortably)
