The place was smelling of spices, the fan extractor in the kitchen was not waorking and the toilet was not clean. The parking space was parked by someone and the residents kept asking us to move the car.

It's in a good location, the flat had everything you could need in face value but rough around the edges

- not enough hot water to bathe toddler - beds weren't set up properly 2 twins, not a king and cot for baby not up - lock to get into block broken so open, and anyone could walk in - staff came to leave towels and left the apartment door unlocked and open *visibly*

Host was on hand to answer q's regarding keypick up. Spacious living room area and well equipped kitchen

Access to the property was fine, we did have to call the owner to clarify one point but they responded immediately and solved our issue on the spot.

The parking spot was a little difficult to find. Spots were not numbered in a logical order and the white paint on the tarmac indicating which was our spot was worn away. We had to ask a neighbour if it was the right spot. The general appearance of the outside of the building and the neighbouring buildings was also a little grubby and there was plenty of litter in the public areas.
