Location excellent - just a few yards from our family's home. Very clean and cosy. Beds extremely comfortable. Quirky place, full of character, and very handy for all amenities in Henley.

Just little things - for example, no washing up bowl!

Self catering. Heating good and easy to use. Complimentary goodies Parking excellent, right outside door, plus resident parking made easy,

No cooker( but didn’t need one, for just 1 night) maybe for longer stay. Different levels to upper floor, but not an issue, lovely to stay in oldies accommodation.

The Art Studio is an absolute gem. It is a charming contradiction of compact but spacious. We only stayed for one night, but could easily have stayed for a whole week such is the level of comfort and warmth. Victoria, the owner, has ensured that every little detail is taken care of and there were so many extra touches that just made us feel welcome. The property is so tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need and the bed is simply the most comfortable I have ever slept on anywhere away from home. Henley in Arden is a beautiful place and the property is on the high street, which is full of quirky and wonderfully well maintained cottages. The whole place has a wonderful atmosphere and I just can't rate it highly enough. Great host, very responsive to messages before and during arrival. Thank you.
