Excellent location with beautiful view with private terrace. Very comfortable beds and good showers

Kitchen utensils (sharp knives) were very blunt, and pans / frying pan were warped / poor quality with several steamers none of which fitted any of the saucepans. We were self-catering and this was the only thing that meant I haven't given the maximum score.

Excellent vantage point overlooking the estuary. Excellent apartment and well equipped for cooking and eating in. Good parking in gated grounds.

Just popping to the shops means a short drive to get stuff! Not a problem, just some people may need to be aware of this.

All the amenities. The glorious view, tranquility and the dawn chorus!perhaps

The only thing we could suggest is a parasol on the decking as it is a real suntrap.

Very clean very comfortable the 3 piece suite is to low and the seating size is to long so it is not comfortable this would be my only criticism otherwise all 5 stars Before we left I phoned booking .com for the information on the booking and although it was all paid for a month earlier they demanded another £ 155 or they would not send details of property I was being scammed but had to pay otherwise I didn't know where the accomodation was or how to get keys .so I had to pay then I contacted the fraud squad who are looking into it ,I told booking.com I will never book with them again and they still don't have the curtesy to bother to make contact with me ,so until they provide an explanation don't book your holiday with them

Issue with heating at start of break

Really well appointed apartment with everything you could need....and more. Great views over the estuary. Really handy for the local town and wonderful scenery of mid-Wales.

Outer door to decking was very stiff and impossible to lock. Glass topped coffee table was a bit of a shin trap! Lots of bumps and bruises until we covered it with a cloth.

The apartment was beautiful, spotless and had everything you could need.the view fom our balcony was stunning even when the weather didn't co operate.

Nothing it was perfect
