The property is beautiful and very comfortable.

The owner to do answer until the last minute to give you instructions about the keys, and that is annoying. Additionally, the arrival hour is quite late and the departure hour is pretty early, and she is no flexible about it, so take it into account.

I like the location of the apartment and would stay there again.

The only complaint I have about the apartment is the cobwebs on the light shades in the living room. that made me feel uncomfortable.

We could check in upon arrival. Good location, bus and tram stop close to the apartment.Restaurants, bars and supermarket in short distance to the apartment. Apartment is decorated nicely.

Bedroom is very small. The Bed is placed in front of the window. It is very difficult to operate the window at all. Window was not properly closed upon arrival. We had a hard time to manage to close ist. The bedroom window was very dirty. Livingroom window difficult to close as well, unfortunately. No coffee machine or Frechpress available to prepare coffee.

Loved the location of the apartment just off Leith Walk with the tram stop just steps, away from the front door. We stayed here for two nights. Easy access with clear instructions on how to access key from the owner who was also easy to contact and very helpful. . The most comfy king-size bed I've ever slept in quiet rear bedroom. Clean and modern accommodation that I could not fault. Close to coffee shop and local amenities. Would definitely return.

Noisy at night if sleeping on the sofa bed as room faces street. No parking available which can be a problem due to parking restrictions in the area around Leith Walk. Have to pay for parking Space.

Although small, the apartment was well-appointed and had everything we could need. It was ideal for someone like me who has mobility issues and its location was also ideal: close to Leith Walk and bus and tram services, but on a quiet side street. the apartment was clean and welcoming, the electric equipment easy to use and the instructions and information was clear. The bed was large and exceptionally comfortable, something I appreciated as I suffer from insomnia. Our contact with the property owners in advance was friendly and helpful. We would certainly book it again.

The only downside was the lack of hand rails in the shower which meant I had to be very careful not to slip when using it. One small hand rail would have made the property perfect.

The location was good. The apartment has a very good potential which unfortunately was totally missed by poor maintenance and bad attitude.

Not recommending this proeprty, because of the owners and the attitude to their guests, I'm using booking.com for many years to book all our accomodations and this one is the worst experience ever: 1. We've arrived at about 10:30pm after a long drive from London and got difficulties opening the safe box and the owner wasn't answering our calls and messages, even via Booking's associates. 2. The linen and towels were used, dirty and smelly, again no answer from the owner. We had to sleep in a dirty bed, which obviously ruined our sleep and vacation. Speaking with the owner on the day after, she didn't take responsibility, didn't apologize and even didn't offer a partial refund for the ruined and pre-payed night. 3. The property is advertised as with a free parking, which was the reason we booked it in the first place, surprisingly there was no such, and we had to pay for a public parking away of the apartment. This is at least dis honesty, if not a direct lie.
