Very hard tap water and it smelled with chloride so had to buy bottled water for tea and you smell like swimming pool after shower. Toilet flush got stuck sometimes so had to open the lid and manually lift the thing to make it fill with water. Someone was working on the bottom floor apartment and you could hear the drill really loud for couple hours a day , I actually put complain as I was coming back from night shifts and they started drilling from 12 o clock from now on but it was very loud. Kitchen could use some more pans , lids and normal size cooking pot - the biggest one was maybe 1L

Had to wash all the cooking stuff before using, old fat dripping out of the cooker hood, freezer really frozen up and nearly useable, plus doors on fridge freezer hard to open because of lack of handles

we had a few issues with a broken fan, and non working oven. staff arranged to have this sorted. small issue on day of check out, which was my mistake, but ended up paying a full days charge for check out 2 hours late
GBGBstruggled with parking permit was in key box not in welcome basket
pub close by was a bit noise in the evenings, if warm hard to hear and relax with tv with windows or balcony door open
