"An enjoyable stay at a good location in Swanage"

Very good location. Allocated parking space and quiet area. Being provided with Netflix and Disney Plus was a bonus. Our son enjoyed the piano. The welcome pack was good, including wine, biscuits and nibbles.

There were cobwebs on the ceiling above our bed. Poor lighting in the bathroom as a spot light had not been replaced. Frustrating delay in kitchen lights coming on as smart bulbs. The piano was very out of tune and the guitar provided had a broken string. (Both were advertised as Amenities in the flat!). The curtain pole in the 2nd bedroom was falling off the wall at one end. One of the sofa seats is broken.

The host had left milk and snacks for us on arrival - such a lovely touch. The property has interesting design features and is very nicely decorated. We loved that there was a piano.

Just a small note that in the guide the bin store is described as being behind the locked green gates. The gates have been repainted burgundy/red. Just made it a little tricky to find. Otherwise, I couldn't fault anything.

Great location! the flat itself was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It’s not often I picture myself living in a holiday rental but it ticked all the boxes! We will definitely be back.

"Great apartment in the middle of Swanage with parking."

Great apartment in the middle of Swanage. 5 to 10 Minute walk to the seafront. Parking is a 2 minute walk away at the back of the Purbeck House Hotel.

"A very lovely and welcome surprise!"

The property was very central but also sufficiently tucked away to be quiet and relaxed. We enjoyed the space and the layout.

There wasn’t as much natural light as you might like but the spacious environment helped to make up for this.
