"A comfortable base to explore Swanage."

Spacious. Comfortable bedrooms. Excellent location for exploring Swanage; it was 5 minutes walk away from beach, park, crazy golf and closer to shops and cafes. That it came with parking was a factor when we booked. My family enjoyed playing the piano, guitar and the Xbox! It was clean and well appointed. Having Alexa to play music was nice.

"Brilliant my two girls loved it."

This is my second stay at this property now and we have had the best time. Great location easy to walk to the beach and various different places for dinner etc. Also a bonus having the parking space opposite parking in Swanage can be hard at times especially carnival week.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like maybe having a clothes horse to hand washing on when wet would come in handy.

Tucked away from main road so no traffic noise, but close to the hustle and bustle of a beach town. Info regarding property and what’s around was very clear and very helpful. Lovely welcome hamper too.

Everything walkable distance -excellent as we dont have a car Lovely welcome treats Luxurious lounge Liked kitchen diner underneath and little study do we all had space for different things - reading, tv, cooking etc Liked being close to sea shops cafes station and walks prverill poont
