It was safe & quite place, kids friendly we would love to visit again

Wi go wasn’t working it was bit difficult to fix by follow the instructions

Tge property is in poor condition the windows was cracked and there where stains everywhere the dinning table was broken the oven didn’t work no to channels

Pros: (+) 1. Good location for walks around the city 2. Keyless access into the block and the apartment made sense and went well 3. The size of the apartment was great.

Cons: (-) 1. There was damage everywhere, from Appliances, to broken tables, windows and the sofa; as it was, we had to send lots of pictures of the damage - which the host, eventually texted that they were broken by the previous guests. (They should have informed us and not asked for pictures when they knew about the damage) - Stressful period, thinking that they may withhold the deposit - (They paid the deposit back) 2. Bank transfer of the deposit was held up by the banks Fraud team. Suggest deposits be done through Debit card payment or Paypal 3. The google doc we had to fill in to get the refund - had too much personal data as mandatory fields. This is completely unnecessary and I would advise Tudor eSuites to seek legal advice on what information they can hold as part of GDPR Overall - 1. BOOKINGS.COM have failed in their due diligence on the suitability of the payment processes and data collections by Tudor eSuites. 2. Will not be using the facilities again; which is a shame, as the issues are easily resolvable. (It is no wonder that the apartments are always available)

came back after work to find no electricity on due to owners not putting electricity into the meter so couldn’t get showers or feed untill was sorted hours after

horrible location

extremely dirty power was turned off numerous times for 12 plus hours due to non payment by the property management company
