Great location, good value for money, nice hosts

Noisy neighbours in early hours of the morning but not hosts fault.

Spotless and in an excellent location

Had a lovely weekend with four Grandchildren and they loved it

Caravan was cosy and had everything we needed.

We had such an amazing time. The caravan was really really clean. It had everything you needed. The hosts from booking to check in were brilliant. Having bot not stayed on sites with clubhouse, I was a bit worried about noise but there was none at all. A very quiet part of the park. The clubhouse did lovely breakfast. Dogs were allowed in at breakfast time too. We ate at the Neptune next door both nights. Really nice food. The location is right on the seafront, we walked to Dymchurch and back, about a 45 minute walk each way. A lovely walk.

The only really really minor thing was only 4 outside chairs. We all love a read in the sun and had to take it in turns. If you know just bring a few extra Canpchairs to sit outside together. I probably didn't read the description properly.

Very hospitable hosts and a great location of the caravan in the park - next to the swimming pool and away from the noise. Great facilities in the park. Swimming pool and the kids play area were well maintained. Good choice of food in the restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Kids entertainment could have been better and a bit more.

How the advet lied about dryer and no win/champagne. I also had to pay for an entertainment pass.
