No 5 Newly refurbished 4 bedroom house

It was clean and well equipped. Friendly neighbourhood and good garden space.

The air fresheners were not great for us, but we just moved them into the room we weren’t using.

Four well sized bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is en suite), good amenities and provisioned with the basics for a short stay. Off street parking for two cars. Nice small covered area in rear garden with seating. The property manager (Jayne) was friendly and easy to contact if required.

The garden was under utilised due being overgrown and lacking a gate to prevent children escaping. This area requires improvement and clearing/levelling to maximise the space and to let the sunshine in. This would make the garden more usable and child friendly for future guests. Lack of freezer in the kitchen as there is only a fridge.

Quiet area very comfortable and clean and the boat in the garden was a nice touch.. lovely owner who left provision for arrival and was on the end of the phone for any questions re: stay

I'm not exaggerating at all when I say it was perfect. I've never stayed in a better location. As an example: I am very sensitive with the smells of other houses than my own, it's always a bit unpleasant for me. This house actually smelled like home. The host is wonderful, helpful and not intrusive.

Property was good

Everything was fine. Things would have been better if bath soap could have been provided. We had to live without bathing for a day. It was mentioned in the details that Soap would be provided but it was not. There were no bin bags either
