Beautiful studio apartment near the Norfolk Broads

Beautiful studio apartment with everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, great shower and lovely garden. Helpful host.

Great location but beware it’s off a narrow lane with a blind bend and not signposted as being your destination. We only found it by the pained number on the wheelie bin being still on the roadside. Nice apartment, really clean, comfortable bed.

The bathroom light was a real nuisance. The bathroom door is virtually at the foot of the bed and whenever you opened it the light automatically came on. No way to switch it off. Visits to the bathroom in the middle of the night woke up the person still in bed and also the person paying a visit. Normally you would sneak in and out while trying to stay half asleep. Also there is no access to the garden via the kitchen door. Not feasible to use the seating area allocated to the apartment for eating/carrying everything to the outside table but okay for drinks only. No socket for hairdryer anywhere near a mirror at a sensible height for drying long hair. You would have to stand and it takes me around 20-30 mins to dry my hair. In response to your incorrect reply “ This seating area is reachable from the front apartment door in approximately 7 paces (less than the kitchen door) many guests have dined outside so I wasn’t aware it was an issue.” This is important to dispute. How can it be less paces than from the kitchen door when you are prepping food right next to the kitchen door! I am not suggesting that visitors should be allowed to use your back garden but they need to be aware that from the kitchen area you need to walk back through the apartment to the front door, turn right and walk past the front window then past the garage door (both areas over deep gravel and not easy) turn right again down some paving slabs and then left to the seating area. No way is this 7 paces and it is important for people to be aware. I booked this thinking I could cook in the kitchen and just pop in and out the kitchen door to the seating area which turned out not to be the case.
