Please note, there is no washing machine at the property, but laundry facilities is 5 minutes' walk away. The garden is shared with the property owners. The owners have two friendly dogs. The main entrance to the garden, which leads to the cottage, has 3 low steps. Guests receive 20% off food and drink in the cafe. Breakfast is served between 09:00 - 11:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Location was amazing. Right on the sea front and 2 minutes from shops and pubs

Quirky, warm, compact, great location with a sea view

Lots of spiders and some damp, but it’s an old property and didn’t spoil our visit at all.

"Weekend in Sheringham"

Loved the cottage in a great location just minutes walk from the High Street. Very well equipped. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The only things we could fault werethe noise from the cafe next door which was very loud in the bedroom of the cottage. It would also have been better to have some curtains in the bedroom as the blinds don't keep the light out. Other than that it was great.

"Amazing Location"

The location was amazing, it was basically on the promenade, with an alley taking you right to it. It was lovely and cosy, really nice vibe and such a good place to take your dog for the weekend (I only have a small dog so it was fine but a big dog would struggle). The bed was so comfy, had really good sleep all nights we were there. Free parking in nearby streets. Such a bargain with the price, location and comfort!

The WiFi and TV signal were awful, if you wanted to settle down and watch TV in bed or on the sofa, you couldn't because it would buffer or go all glitchy. The shower pressure was more like a dribble. With a self catering place there were some things I would have expected but there wasn't. For example tin foil (baking trays but no Foil so had to ask for some), hand soap (multiple fancy dispensers but all empty), washing up sponge (but there was fairy liquid).

very central and well equipped with everything that you might need the adjacent cafe was first class and we had breakfast there every morning and we can highly recommend it
