Executive Apartment nr NEC, BP Pulse Live, Hampton In Arden

Julie met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment. That was well beyond the call of duty and she made us feel really welcome. 10 out of 10 marks to Julie. Everything was spotless and every eventually was provided for including provisions which we hardly used at all because we were at a Wed and meeting relatives.

Great location as central to everywhere I needed to be, but more than that was the attention to detail and thoughtful extras left by Julie which just shows how much they value their guests experience. If we ever need a base around Solihull, this apartment will be our first choice.

This place was a great place to stay. I really enjoyed it and it was a home from home. It was spotlessly clean and there were so many little luxurious touches, including snacks and pizzas in the freezer. very quiet area but a lovely pub within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, modern and homely and I was even picked up at the station which was very kind.

very minor point but the bed was two single beds together and rolled a little.

The little details were really noticed. You can tell the hosts really care about ensuring their guests have a comfortable stay. The host provided a warm welcome on arrival. There was a selection of snacks and light breakfast supplies, good coffee, and fresh milk. There were even hairstyling supplies in the bedroom. The property was clean, well decorated, and cosy.

easy to find, easy free parking, great location for attending a wedding at Hampton Manor, the apartment was beautifully furnished - like staying at a new hotel but with all the niceties of staying at a friends flat, owner has gone above and beyond.

Beautifully appointed flat in lovely village. Clear instructions / directions given on how to get to property and prompt answers to queries from hosts. Julie was on site at agreed time (after last minute change of same on my part). The flat has 2 parking spaces and is beautifully decorated and very comfy. All equipment working, spotlessly clean. wifi available and lots of helpful information in the folder in flat along with a lovely welcoming letter. The hosts even provided some meals / snacks etc should one not want to go out to eat. The village itself has a free to use car park by railway station and it is a 3 minute journey to Birmingham International station. There is a very nice church, few pubs and lovely deli. It is close to Birmingham centre, Warwick, Coventry, Solihull and Knowle.

Nothing - some May notice train noise as train track behind car park but I didn’t find it intrusive at all.

The hosts were very warm, proactive, clear and prompt in their communication, and very welcoming upon arrival. The apartment is meticulously designed to cater for the guests' every need - from snacks on the side to milk in the fridge and healthy ready meals in the freezer to even family board games and local information for entertainment! It's super easy to get to Birmingham and the NEC from the property - the train station is about 15 mins walk away (or a few mins drive with ample free parking at the station) and then 3 mins on the train to Birmingham International and the NEC.

We arrived in the middle of a rare snow storm and it took a while to feel warm in the place (and we had a wobble with hot water) so check the thermostat and read the super helpful manual provided :) If you're a light-sensitive sleeper like me, bring an eye mask as the gorgeous blinds in the bedroom do let a little bit of light in.
