"awful caravan and host. dirty"

was a joke and the worst caravan I've stay in, I stay in caravans every week because of work, host are horrible people. wouldnt ring me. the phone number on there was invalid, then got swear at over booking.com messages. don't touch any of these caravans. disappointing, waste of time. uploaded some pictures but I have more.

1st night they didn’t email the code till 2 days later so refund was issues contact number is cut off we rebooked again the next day and the bedding was still the same they do not clean the caravan it says it’s self clean empty shampoo pots in bathroom hair balls on bathroom floor sofa is stained needs a deep deep clean which a customer would not be able to do but is cheap.

Easy access, average nice looking little caravan

I don’t think a cleaner has been here before our visit. No toilet roll. Sofas are black. Floor is dirty where it hasn’t been hoovered. Dirty cloths around draining board. Cups and plates left on draining board and also dirty. Tooth paste splattered up the mirror. Bin full of old rubbish that was left there when we arrived. Dirty bedding left on bed and funny smells in both rooms. I would like to send some pictures of the mess it was in before we arrived. Fag butts left on patio also. I will be hoovering and leaving it better than it was when we arrived although I don’t think I should but I’m a clean person. It’s really not acceptable to come to a caravan that has someone’s old rubbish left here and the floor hasn’t even been hoovered.

Hated everything. It was to dirty to stay so after no contact from the property we decided just to leave
