"Amazing apartment."

The location is superb right in the town centre, walking distance to the beach, promenade, children's play park, cafes, bars and restaurants. Newcastle is a really family friendly town, with a brilliant play park, indoor soft play (Coco's) and amusements/arcades. The apartment facilities are amazing. The free underground car park space is so convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped. The heating controls are easy to use. We had an abundance of hot water. The apartment is huge and spotlessly clean. There is loads of storage space for your clothes, including hangars, and good lighting and mirrors for doing makeup. The beds are very comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay convenient - they provided a travel cot, high chair, baby audio monitor and stair gates! 10/10 stay, we will definitely return.

We tried to use the washing machine but an error code kept coming up. Perhaps a user manual or troubleshooting sheet would be helpful .
