Coverdale

A really comfortable location with a large bedroom, well supplied kitchen and an easy to enjoy living room. It was easy to get downhill to the waterfront area for some fossil hunting and other sightseeing in Lyme Regis.

It was exactly as I imagined, nice little walk in to town and very quiet in the evening, the parking space was a bonus too.

We’ve stayed at Coverdale before and it’s a place to return to. Very homely, warm and welcoming. Especially as it was so cold this week, we felt very snug. There is a lovely little courtyard for those warmer moths too. The added bonus is having parking right outside, then there is a lovely 10 minute walk along the river into town. The bed and pillows are comfy and it’s very quiet at night so a good sleep is guaranteed The surroundings are tasteful and everything is there if you want to cook, so well equipped kitchen and a cosy living room to relax in. Great shower and bathroom. The hosts are very communicative, nothing is too much trouble. I 100% recommended Coverdale and can’t wait to return.

Third stay at Coverdale and already booked for next year! Coverdale is the perfect location, lovely stream side stroll into Lyme takes about 10-15 minutes. Parking right outside, Coverdale is a super cosy flat, comfortable bed and all the utilities you’d need. They now also have Jurassic Park on DVD, perfect for watching pre or post fossil hunt!
