"Something different, extremely clean, lovely neighborhood, excellent stay."

This has a lovely location next to the relaxing botanic gardens where locals stroll and relax. the local neighborhood of Stockbridge is quite pleasant, a pleasure to walk through and a few excellent restaurants. The only thing to be aware of is the walk, just over a mile to the royal mile. Be prepared to grab a taxi or uber if you re not up to extending your walking time. Our host, Sally was gracious and timely with requests.

"Exceptional"

Sally's place was SO lovely - truly better than the photos! We had such a relaxing time there, and Sally herself was so friendly and welcoming. We had just gotten engaged on the trip and she left a sweet note and prosecco to celebrate. I'll be thinking about our time at the Garden Rooms often :) The outdoor tub was so relaxing and aesthetic! 10/10 can't wait to go back. Thank you Sally!

"Perfect in every way."

The location was perfect, out of the huddle and bustle and in your own private haven, only a £7 uber ride or 20 min walk to centre or a bus outside…shops for food and pubs within 2 mins

The area, outside seating area, how clean, comfortable and friendly the owner sally was and at hand asap with any issues even an early check in was no problem at all and helped us massively

Loved pretty much everything about the property! The fact its location was just a short walk to the centre, it was also great to have the choice of sitting outdoor with our own private area too!

I would say the only few nit picks I have about the property is there wasn’t a decent sized plate! Could benefit from a new Crockery set with larger plates or I just need to cook smaller portions not sure which! Tongs for the kitchen and bigger & softer luxurious towels! But that’s just me! Other than that it was amazing!
