Garden Rooms Edinburgh

Excellent stay. We arrived in Edinburgh by train on a cool summer evening. The garden was a 25 minute walk from Waverley station. Turning the latch on the patio door we were welcomed by a toasty heat, which felt great. The garden was absolutely perfect for the sunny weather, and we were able to enjoy some drinks outside with family. All the appliances and utilities were clean, modern and easy to use. The instructions Sally provided were clear and extremely helpful. We would love to stay again, and would like to thank Sally for hosting us. Sean & Laura

Our host was truly wonderful! She made sure we had all the information we needed and even left us a bit of whiskey! The attention to detail in the property was incredible - very clever use of space and was so peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor bath! Very quiet, easily accessible by bus from city centre. Very clean.....we could go on! Basically, you can't find better value for money than here!

Bed is a bit on the small side.

The Garden Rooms are really great - excellent location, great neighbourhood. Nice and quiet which was surprising as corner can be quite busy but apartment is well insulated. Good recommendations from host. Nice and easy to gain access. Sally was so helpful especially re parking-which was easy. The bed was very comfy, the linen really nice. Very clean and lovely design. Felt very modern and luxurious. We visit Edinburgh quite a bit so hope to get there again-if it’s not all booked up!

Nothing really. It suited us very well as we like the area and eat out in the evening.

The room was beautiful and well thought through. Clean and very comfy. Garden when lit at night was pretty and relaxing.

Only thing I'd say was that the bed wasn't the comfiest but other than that 10/10

Such a central location but so quiet, private and spacious. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy. The welcome video and recommendations of places to go/eat/drink were a lovely extra. Would definitely recommend.
