Enjoy Ventnor 2, Pier Street, Wightlink offer

The property had fifty one very steep steps to the room, it looked like the building was derelict, front door was hanging off two nights, no security what so ever for two nights. Only two real beds and a child’s pull out mattress which was completely worn out. The walk to the beach was down a very steep hill Even for fit people it wasn’t easy. Excessive traffic noise from early morning to late evening and it was unbearable hot in the rooms with only a tiny slot in windows. Alarm going off at two o’clock in the morning when we were all asleep. No cooker and sink was not joined to the wall.

Very attentive lovely owner lady kept asking us any problems every day. Very careful and kind. There were towels and even toothbrushes were provided. The interiors are very funky and seaside look decorations. Just two doors next to Co-op, pubs, cafes are all near by. Very convenient. Nice walking distance to the beach as well. We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much.

We wanted to cook pizzas and chips but unfortunately there wasn't oven in the apartment.

Very good location. Lovely host. Attractive interior and well provisioned. The children really liked the Netflix to chill out infront of after swimming in the sea.

The cutesy styled kitchen was a nice touch, and the location means it is literally a couple minutes walk to the seaside. Annette is very sweet, helpful and communicative with any questions you may have.

If you have any issues with mobility the multiple flights of stairs could be challenging, as it is at the top floor.

Great location. Close to the town centre, with shops and a bus stop nearby. The beach was a 5 minute walk away.

There was a misunderstanding about what constitutes secure cycle storage. I specifically asked at the time of booking if there was somewhere secure to store our bicycles during our stay. The owner confirmed, but when we arrived we were advised that we could not store the bikes inside and that there was no outside space belonging to the property. Disappointing. If we had been fore warned we could have planned for it.
