House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Hot tub and fire pit were very much appreciated in the -5 degrees temperatures. Nothing to fault!

"Fabulous stay, stunning house, would highly recommend!"

Fantastic stay for my 30th birthday with a group of friends. The house and surrounding grounds were stunning, and the accommodation very comfortable and clean. There was underfloor heating which was delightful when coming from outside, so lovely and cosy. Exactly the relaxing stay we were looking for with lovely walks and chilled evenings in the hot tub.

A few minor things - there were no cleaning cloths available to wipe down worktops etc after use which had we known we would have picked up from the shop beforehand, however we managed to make do. The smoke detector also was very temperamental and every time we opened the oven door (even if just for a second and no smoke apparent) it would go off. The fire lighters also didn’t work so I popped over to the main house to borrow one so we could toast marshmallows - the owner at the house was lovely, but I felt terrible bothering them in the evening.
