DELocation and area were really pretty, nice cosy pub next door. Really quiet. The heating in the place was ok, also an added air heater in the bathroom.
The bed was terrible, sprung mattress that squeaked at the slightest move, even just by breathing. Hard pillows, sweaty bed cover. Minimum equipment in the studio and kitchen, nothing really special or inviting. The photos looked a lot more promising. A bit of love would do the place well, an extra bedside lamp, some pictures, a good coffee machine. Quite disappointing really.

The weather! It was difficult to watch TV, only comfortable place to sit was on the bed which meant we were sideways to the TV and so got a stiff neck. Difficult when washing the dishes as nowhere to stack the wet dishes.
GBThe Studio was clean, well equipped and in a great spot. The back doors opened onto a private deck and a lovely garden. We had some excellent walks as well as a great day in Chichester and an evening at the theatre.

More space in kitchen for washing up would be helpful. Not a big problem!
DEPerfect location & accomodation. Very clean, well equipped, quiet, rural. Bathroom very good. Will definitely return
