Apartment was in an ideal location. Very comfortable and homely. 5 minutes from the Train Station which was ideal as we were arriving on the Train. The host also provided us with a Welcome Pack which was much appreciated.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

"Lovely apartment in fab location for exploring Scotland"

Very smart, quiet (amazing sound proofing seems to be a common thing in Scottish flats), modern and roomy flat in a fab location to get into Glasgow (20 minutes), across to Edinburgh (1 hour) or up to the Highlands. Handy local supermarket and takeaway (the pasta from the chip and pizza shop was very good) five minutes walk away. Very friendly and helpful host who kindly left us a gift pack of some essentials e.g. milk, bread and of course chocolate :-D).

Flat was a tiny bit short of small conveniences (e.g. hooks on the back of bathroom doors and bins in the second bathroom). Glad I took a night mask as the blinds were not of the blackout variety and didn't keep the morning light out much (and were missing a wall plug or two so had to be careful with). Also double bed was very firm and low.
