Cleanliness and well presented, close to amenities

Living room comfy. Top bedroom excellent if not a little cooler than any other room as only has one radiator and a lot of space to heat. All appliances new, newly decorated and extremely clean. LLoyd (The owner) very concscientious and making sure we were happy.

The Sofa bed isn't sutable for anyone bigger than a child really, the mattress is quite thin and you can feel the metal frame below. The breakfast table is tiny and you can just about sit 3 people round it, but only if you block the kitchen door. You have to creap around as the floor makes a lot of noise, walls paper thin so you hear neigbours. No issues with excess noise from neighbours, but you can hear every word being spoken etc. The person who lives below works nights apparently, so you do feel a little bit like you need to be extra quiet, rather than just behave normally.

The property had everything we could have asked for. Very spacious for 4 adults with room to spare. Perfect
