The property is perfectly located in the heart of Pooley Bridge. Everything is within walking distance and there are lots of places to eat and drink.

The property is in need of some updating. The oven and hob are old and not fit for purpose. There were only 6 each of plates and glasses which meant the dishwasher needed to be on more than would be necessary if there were more. There were cobwebs on the landing that had not been cleaned during the changeover clean! The outdoor seating is in extremely poor condition and needs replacing. Taking all of this into consideration I would say the property is overpriced despite it's location.
