Isle of Skye Rotunda

Great location and very clean well decorated property that’s very novel in it’s architecture

The ceiling window (the oculus) can be bright in the morning but ok if you don’t mind waking early (the owner offered a cover if needed) But it’s also very noisy if there’s heavy rain. Other than that it looks great and lovely feature

The view and surroundings are absolutely stunning. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch watching sheep graze while eating breakfast in the mornings. The property had everything we needed during our stay.

The Rotunda is perfect, modern stylish and beautifully designed. It’s in a lovely area, just South of Portree, gorgeous county all around. Thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, very comfortable for a couple. Nikki is a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating. A perfect space to use as a base to explore Skye, oh and the view is wonderful.

We adored our stay here. The rotunda felt very private and the views and setting was stunning. The space felt more roomy than expected and it was well laid out with everything we needed. The property and facilities were kept in pristine condition and the heated floors were very cosy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We liked everything about the property including the location, the property itself, the views, the peace and quiet.

Everything was perfect: spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, excellent kitchen facilities, great underfloor heating, stunning view, quiet location. Highly recommend.
