Central Bright 3 Bed Flat with Pool & Parking

The apartment is in a great location and well connected to everywhere via tram. The kids also loved the heated indoor pool. Great host. Very responsive.

I liked the location very much, easy to get everywhere

It was quite dusty in skirting boards and top of cupboards and bathroom floor, we felt the host could of left a pint of milk as we arrived late and would be a nice gesture like other places I have stayed at.

Brilliant location, would highly recommend the property for anyone to stay at.

Perfect location with secure parking. Very clean and comfortable and easy enough to access with baby. Plenty of food outlets, shops and transport closeby. Great communication and detailed check in information.

Location for where we were needing to be near family. Close to train and tram station. Three bedrooms so we all had separate rooms. Small but bright and comfortable. Staff were responsive and very helpful checking in.

Only bathroom was small with toilet too close to bathtub so had to sit at angle. Bathtub with shower in it. Shower was weak and at strange angle.

Leisure Facilities need renovations

The apartment was very comfortable for a 3 kids family. It contained all the equipment and facilities we expected. The parking spot was also very comfortable and useful. In addition, it takes around 10 mins to arrive to the city center by public transport.

Single bathroom and toilette, no elevator.

Sadly on this occasion; cleaners let the host down. The floor has not been cleaned you can actually see so much dust on the floor. It has not been vacuum cleaned (hoovered) it was just brushed with a dustpan and brush… Also the flat has electric heaters, half of which were not working. That should be addressed
